The service stores account details (name and email), optional broker contact details (phone and WhatsApp), accepted-terms version and time, listings and uploaded photos, listing reports, and basic listing view counts. Server logs and security events may also be generated to operate and protect the service.
How information is used
Information is used to create and secure accounts, verify email addresses, review broker applications, publish listings and broker contact links, respond to reports, and maintain the marketplace. Public listing information and broker-provided contact details are visible to visitors. Do not include sensitive personal information in a listing.
Sharing and service providers
Information is shared publicly only when needed to display a listing and its chosen contact details. Email, hosting, storage, and security providers may process information for the operator under appropriate safeguards. The operator must document its actual service providers and any international data transfers before launch.
Retention and your choices
Account and listing information is retained while needed to provide the service and meet applicable obligations. Account deletion currently removes the account from normal use; associated records, backups, and retention periods require a documented production policy. Users can update profile contact information and request assistance from the marketplace operator.
