Terms & Conditions
These initial marketplace terms are a product draft and must be reviewed for compliance with applicable Rwandan law before public launch.
Marketplace accounts
Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials private, and use the marketplace lawfully. Broker accounts require administrator approval before listings can be published. Approval may be suspended or withdrawn when these terms or marketplace rules are violated.
Listings and transactions
Brokers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and rights associated with their listings and photos. Do not post fraudulent, misleading, unlawful, stolen, or otherwise prohibited items or services. Buyers and brokers are responsible for independently verifying offers and agreeing transaction terms. The marketplace does not process payments at launch and is not a party to transactions between users.
Reports and moderation
Users may report listings they believe violate these terms. Administrators may review reports, remove listings, or suspend accounts to protect users and the marketplace.
Privacy and contact
Account and listing information is used to operate the marketplace. A full privacy notice, including applicable data-protection details and how to contact the operator, must be published before launch.
